Gaia Progetti is a firm founded by two associate directors: Dario and Emanuel

Graduated from IUAV University of Venice in Architecture, the final dissertation subject was “Il Doss Trento: un sistema museale” (The Doss od Trento: a museum system), with the supervision of professor Arrigo Rudi.

I was given several projects in the construction industry, especially concerning schools, residential, administrative and commercial constructions, together with renovations of artistic and historical buildings. I obtained the Casa Clima certificate for energetic efficiency and renewable sources. I collaborated with the architect Vazquez Consuegra at the international Summer Workshops at IUAV University.

Graduated from the University of Ferrara in Engineering with a dissertation describing a “Progetto di una struttura metallica autovarante per la copertura di grandi luci” (Design of a metal self-bearing structure for big lengths).

I won the Theory of Constructions PhD scholarship. The research subject was “Problemi legati ai dissipatori sismici” (Problems linked to the seismic dampers), supervisors: prof. Antonio Tralli and Alessandra Aprile.

I obtained several assignments which led me to grow some experience in numerous engineering fields, such as the seismic vulnerability analysis, the construction of major commercial and infrastructural works and construction industry in general.

The technical and cultural heritage gained by the associates and the collaborators during their professional experience is the fundamental basis for GAIA PROGETTI, a young practice, enlivened by a deep passion and always looking for new challenges.

The practice is made up of a highly multidisciplinary staff of creative professionals, in order to face every aspect of the building process, using the main software products for CAD drawing, calculation and Building Information Modelling (BIM), photorendering.
